Life Best Advice Looking Through A Window

Living in today's cosmopolitan world of cellular phones, mobile computers and other high-tech gadgets is not just a rush, it is also very personal. We make money and then make our time and effort to make more money. Will it end? Usually not because we are never satisfied. How many times have we convinced ourselves that life would be so much better if we had more money? However, after achieving enough growth, should we realize that it is not enough and that we need even more?

What should you do?

I read a lot of books about life and all of them said that Robin Sharma's sadhu is like this and sadhu says so. But it is. Can you do without cash and more? I know I can not.

So, I went to the Rabbi neighborhood and asked for advice that would help me find my right path in life.

The rabbi shook his head and led me to the window. "What do you see?" He asked me.

I immediately replied, "I can see people wandering around and a blind man begging in the left corner."

The rabbi shook his head and pointed me towards the large mirror. "Now look and tell me what you see?"

"I can see myself," I replied to the man.

The rabbi smiled. "Now you can not see anyone else. Both the mirror and the window are made of the same raw material: glass, but because you put a thin layer of silver on one of them, you can only see your reflection." Can see. "

The rabbi put his hand on my shoulder. "Compare yourself to those two pieces of glass. Without the silver lining, you look at other people and show compassion towards them. When you are covered with silver, you only see yourself."

I stared at the rabbi. "I do not understand."

The rabbi continued. "You can become something if you have the courage to remove the silver lining from your eyes to see and love others." He tapped me on the back and sent me on my way.

I thought about what he said and came to the conclusion that he had a point. Yes. We want money and we should not aim to live a life without money; It is meaningless and will only cause a lot of hardship for us and our families in the future.

Instead, I suggest that we follow the advice given by the rabbi. When we reach life through the silver screen, we can only see ourselves. But leave that cover on, and you can see and feel all the others.

In life, we are allowed to see two types of mirrors, but we must remember that the mirror only reflects us; The window is the door to compassion, health and true wealth. In other words, do not seek wealth by all means, but do not let it take you away from life, people, children and the poor and needy.
